2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Payment Terms (Including Payment Plans)

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

If you choose a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether you continue to use the product, service, or program.

Failure to make timely payments, including due to expired or declined credit/debit cards, will result in paused access to materials and may lead to third-party collection efforts.

By opting into a payment plan, you agree to fulfill the full amount of the plan as outlined at checkout and understand that no cancellations, early terminations, or prorated refunds will be granted.

4. Retainer Clause (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes a service-based agreement that requires a retainer (e.g., 1:1 coaching, VIP day, tech setup), the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. It secures your spot on the calendar and compensates for time and resources reserved in advance.

If you cancel your scheduled service or fail to participate, the retainer will not be refunded.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content purchased for personal business use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.
